Manual Card Processing

If you are using a card payment device that is not directly supported by ROBOTILL, you can still use the device. The cashier will need to manually enter the amount that must be paid into the device and confirm that the payment succeeded. To use this option you have to enable manual card processing.

To enable this option go to ROBOTILL Back Office > Home > Set Up and Settings > Settings. Select 'Payment Options'.

Manual Card Processing Setup
  1. Select 'Manual Card Processing' as your card payment system. 
  2. To speed up the process, you can choose to skip the card selection. The cashier will not need to select a card or enter any information.
  3. If you chose not to skip card selection, then you can choose to let the cashier enter information about the transaction and select the type of card that was used. You can specify the card selection option.
