Install without an internet connection
You can install your main computer using a database installer file copied from another computer.
- On a computer with internet access, download the ROBOTILL installer and the SQL Server Express installer used by ROBOTILL Setup.
- Copy both files to a USB drive and take it to your main computer.
- Run the ROBOTILL installer. When it finishes, open Back Office and approve the Windows prompt for setup.
- Choose Main or only computer, then Use an installer file I already have. Select the SQL Server installer you copied.
- Let setup finish, then follow the main-computer instructions.
Setup checks the database installer's Microsoft signature. If that check fails, save the support log for help.
An additional computer only needs the ROBOTILL installer and the setup file from your main computer. It connects over your shop's local network.
