Licence Validation
After you register ROBOTILL and your computer is in the full edition,
the licence still needs to be validated from time to time. As long as the computer that you are using to work with ROBOTILL Back Office App will connect to the Internet occasionally, the validation will be done automatically and there is nothing you need to do.
If the automatic validation fails for more than 60 days, you will notice a message on the licence button in the home screen of the Back Office App stating that action is required. All you need to do is click on the licence button, make sure you have an Internet connection, and then click on the validation button. The validation process will only take a couple of seconds.
If you fail to respond to this request for 30 days, all your computers will revert back to the free edition.
To rectify this, you simply need to follow the steps above.
You only need to do the validation one one computer. The registration is per computer, but the validation of the licences is per system. The validation can be done from any of your computers.
What if not one of my computers that use robotill can connect to the internet?
At the very least, you just need to connect one of your computers to the Internet briefly once
every 3 months. If this is not possible, you can follow the instructions below.
When you see the licence button stating 'Action Required', click on the button.
It will ask you to connect to the internet and click on the Validation button.
As you are unable to do this, follow the steps to request registration but make
the heading of your email 'Licence Validation'.
ROBOTILL will email you a key.
Register the key as usual.
You only need to do this on one of your computers. All the licences for all your computers will be validated.
