Card Machine Printing - Margin Problem
Unlike the normal print slips that are designed within ROBOTILL, the slips that are being printed from the
card machines is sent through ROBOTILL as HTML from the Card Machines.
This sometimes causes the slips to print with huge margins as shown below.
To fix this problem, follow the steps below:
1) In your Windows Search bar, type 'Internet Explorer' and open Internet Explorer (follow these instructions even if Internet Explorer is not your default browser).
2) Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner.
Then click on 'Print' > 'Page Setup'.
3) Reduce the margin sizes and click OK.
The new settings will be saved and your card machine print outs from ROBOTILL will now print correctly.
