Cancel ROBOTILL Licence
You should only cancel your licence if instructed by ROBOTILL support to do so. Usually this is required if you registered the wrong computer or if you want to move the licence to another computer.
The instructions below must be followed on the computer that ROBOTILL support instructed you to use.
Open ROBOTILL Back Office and go to Home > 'Licence for this PC'
- Select 'Cancel Licence'
- Copy the security key that ROBOTILL Support emailed you and paste it in the box.
- Click on 'Cancel Licence
The information below will be displayed. You must email the information to ROBOTILL Support so that they can confirm the cancellation. Copy the cannellation information below and email it to support@robotill.com.
